Warranty Information
At Brisbane Sign Shop, we proudly stand behind our work. Our craftsmanship and materials are fully warranted to perform as advertised.
Warranty Coverage
Polymeric and Cast Computer Cut Digitally Printed Vinyls: 12 months.
Sign Structure and Sign: Repair or replacement of defective materials due to workmanship or material defects under normal use.
Vandalism Protection: Lifetime warranty on poly-carbonate faces and vandal covers against breakage due to vandalism (excluding gunshots or damage coincident with damage to the sign cabinet or vandal cover frame).
Additional Terms
Exclusions: Damage from abuse, lightning, acts of God, or consequential liability.
Claims: Must be registered within 30 days of damage or malfunction. Brisbane Sign Shop may inspect the site or require documentation.
Owner Responsibilities: Removing and reinstalling repaired or replacement parts. Damage from poor handling or installation not done by our team is not covered.
Incidental Blemishes: Minor blemishes or scratches viewed within 20 feet under normal conditions are considered normal.
Shipping Damage: Buyer must refuse delivery if the sign is damaged during shipping for it to be returned for repair or replacement.
Service Authorisation: Unauthorised service to a damaged or malfunctioning sign is not covered.
